This will take place on the West Bank on Friday 12th January 2018. The route is shown on a map here. Starting at the Temple of Hatshepsut, Deir el-Bahri, at 7:00 the runners proceed in an anticlockwise loop 4 times before returning to the start point. There are a number of shorter races as well. Expect some road closures at the start of the day. But this is not a large event: last year there were about 100 participants spread over the different categories.

It sounds as though traffic will only be allowed on the roads driving in the direction of the runners. So the main loop will be effectively a one-way street until midday. But they've painted a single yellow line down each side of the road and cleaned it up a bit. Your comment will be posted after it is approved.
