Salsacise on Thursdays

Salsacise will resume on Thursday 11th January at 10:30 and every Thursday morning, in the Rotunda at the Hotel..

Price 30LE, which entitles you to stay and use the pool afterwards (a nice way to cool down). Salsacise is a 40 minute exercise of simple steps called out to great music with a Latin beat. Drop out and take a rest at any time then step back in.
